Our extensive group fitness timetable boasts numerous classes per week and includes wet, dry, low impact and intense class options. So if it's Aqua Aerobcs, Cycle, TABATA, Pilates, or Move & Stretch classes you're after, it's all here. Exercising in a group is fun, motivational and the instructor will encourage you to develop your fitness in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Wether your a seasoned gym go-er or you're just getting started, our Health Culb has something to cater to everyones fitness needs. When you join, you will recieve 3 complementary PT sessions to start you on your journey with us.
